4. Machining Surface Roughness
In the finishing process, increasing our feed will also increase the roughness value of the machined surface. This is the main factor that affects finishing. Under ideal working conditions, increasing the cutting speed can reduce the surface roughness; the amount of back knife has little effect on the surface roughness.

If flutes end mills considers a reasonable choice of cutting volume, first choose the largest possible back-feeding amount, and then choose a large feed. Finally, choose a reasonable cutting speed when the tool durability and machine power allow.
