2. Do not operate the switching valve when the spindle is rotating. Do not index the high speed milling chuck and do not allow the workpiece or jaws to touch the turret head until the turret head is retracted to a safe position.
3. The rotation speed of the high speed milling chuck should be selected according to the cutting conditions to prevent the workpiece from flying out, and should not exceed the allowable maximum limit. The maximum spindle speed that can be achieved only when the jaws are designed, balanced and processed in accordance with the specifications. Heavy unbalanced jaws have a great impact on the maximum rotation speed. Users should pay full attention to the design of the jaws.
4. Before closing the safety door, do not start the spindle switch to prevent the workpiece or the jaw from flying out.
5. Do not exceed the maximum oil pressure of the high speed milling chuck to avoid damage to the chuck or fly out of the workpiece.
6. Use a hydraulic station with a check valve to avoid a sharp drop in the internal pressure of the oil cylinder when the power supply is interrupted and the work object flying out.
7. Do not change the collet at will to avoid damage to the collet. The worn or damaged jaws should be replaced immediately to prevent the workpiece from flying out during work.
