1. The high-precision chuck does not clamp the workpiece tightly. The main reason is that the jaw travel is not enough, the clamping force of the chuck is insufficient, the diameter of the soft jaw arc is different from the diameter of the workpiece, the cutting force is too large, and the sliding seat of the chuck is not lubricated. , the speed is too high. The solution is to re-clamp the workpiece so that the clamping jaws are at the midpoint of the stroke during clamping, check whether the set oil pressure meets the requirements, and rearrange the soft clamping jaws so that the diameter of the clamping arc is the same as the diameter of the workpiece.
2. The lubricating oil is insufficient and the speed is too high. The solution is to re-clamp the workpiece so that the clamping jaws are at the midpoint of the stroke when clamping, check whether the set oil pressure meets the requirements, and rearrange the soft clamping jaws so that the diameter of the clamping arc is consistent with the included angle of the workpiece. Workpiece diameter, re-adjust cutting parameters, re-adjust cutting parameters. Lubricate all parts and dry run several times, reducing speed to the standard allowable range.
