Therefore, due to the quality of the runout accuracy, the cutting amount of each blade of the cutting tool is affected, and the cutting resistance of each blade is also different, resulting in a reduction in the life of the cutting tool.
3. The inner diameter of the handle has sufficient shrinkage
In actual processing, cutting tools or straight collets within the tolerance range are often used, and the clamping force is also when the gap between the inner diameter of the tool holder and the straight collet is 0 and the gap between the inner diameter of the straight collet and the handle of the end mill is 0. Therefore, the shrinkage of the inner diameter of the tool holder needs to have a margin of at least 0.1mm-0.12mm.
