The powerful milling tool holder mainly holds the end mill for lateral feed. Taking the multi-blade end mill as an example, when the runout is zero, the cutting amount of each blade is the same. However, in actual processing, due to the machine tool, the tool holder The eccentric runout of the cutting tool, etc., causes the cutting amount of each edge to deviate when the cutting tool is actually cutting. Therefore, due to the quality of the runout accuracy, the cutting amount of each blade of the cutting tool is affected, and the cutting resistance of each blade is also different, resulting in a reduction in the life of the cutting tool.
3. The inner diameter of the handle has sufficient shrinkage
In actual processing, cutting tools or straight collets within the tolerance range are often used, and the clamping force is also when the gap between the inner diameter of the tool holder and the straight collet is 0 and the gap between the inner diameter of the straight collet and the handle of the end mill is 0.
